Handle With Care

Age old rhythm bopper kindly halts his snare.

To pause and give a question to the nature of the dare.

To not to feel is not to give;

To give is not to stare…

He’s got to go another way to go to get to there.

Go to given when the sin is going to get the hare;

Not to waste is not to taste, so give it to the bear.

No I won’t, or wasn’t hoping we could be impaired,

I’ve got better things to do, than sit around and care.

If the vibe does mellow, to make a better pair,

Then maybe we should get a watch, and get away from here.

Where are we now?

How does everyone feel, as we rapidly approach the galactic center?

*Waves of nausea are to be expected.

Questionare

Apparently there’s this function of the web, that allows users to pose questions to the world, and upon so receive dutiful reply. Like some kind of hive mind oracle.

I went to Yahoo! Answers and found people discussing various topics like “how do I boil eggs?” and “why are my teeth yellow?”, and I was again awestruck. I was overwhelmed by the abundance of trite answers being spewed out by citizens of this civilized society, in response to questions composed of inconsequential dailiness.

It would better serve the populace to regurgitate itself through loftier paths of inquiry, and possibly somehow evolve to the higher minded entities we truly are.   There’s no reason we should continue to remain stranded in one sphere of existence, in a herd of talking meat.

But in my own search for a rationalization of some kind of action on my part, I hit a stump.  I made the mistake of questioning the true nature of the herd.  And I now fear that I may have lost the nerve to ask the crowd to reflect on itself with some kind of subjective conclusion.

Maybe some other day…    on a side note:

Wouldn’t it be something, if we could generate power through internet comments?

www.

Moments ago I was gripped by an overwhelming sense of panic and excitement for the evolutionary direction of mankind… when I realized that joining me on the www. were millions of young minds; yet untainted by globalized culture, stepping into these waters for the first time.

And to think that this is the window through which they will observe and synthesize their world through… the thoughts and feelings of an alien race, impregnated with randomized information. Existing in dimensions outside of our understanding, but incessantly cannibalizing itself and us with it.  A dark mirror of the human race.

And what of the young mind, who is currently reflecting on this portal of forced perspectives.  A mind still liquid in its condensing state, not yet settled into the mold. How will these pages be branded onto its surface, and how will this forging further impact itself through the virtual experiences it imparts on its participants?

And so on and so on and so ….

Future Hostility Around the Globe

At the end of the first decade of the second millennium, it seems appropriate to ponder at what horrifying and scarring tribulations await our race in the near future.  While globalization has brought us together, the billions of people we’re trying to support is too much for our world to physically handle.  Once again power seeking nations are beginning to hiss at anything that seems threatening to their sustainability.

Russia for instance, will very soon be dominating the oil trade in the European market.  Currently Russia controls one-third of Europe’s oil import, but this is set to increase by 2012. By then three mainlines will be built into Europe and dominate the market.  This raises questions of what Russia will do with this power.  When they want something all have to do is throw a switch and put Europe into darkness.  They did this in 2008 when they cut off oil to several countries in the middle of the winter leaving them in the freezing cold.

On PSAs

The Drug Free High Council of America or whatever has a new ad campaign,and with all of the mundane and recycled advertising on television; it’s nice to know that the Drug Council will always rewarded us with gems.

“Don’t Be a Patsy” encourages suburban Mom’s to not be imbeciles when dealing with children who are part a population where a third of the kids are using some substance or another. But with a sick sense of humor, these are the best ads I’ve seen yet on the topic.  Better than scrambled eggs and blowing your friend’s head off combined.

Elvis Perkins, an excellent songwriter with a interesting bio.  The son of Anthony Perkins, his mother was in AA flight 11 that hit one of the towers.  He reverberates a unique kind of pain..
